Custom or Personalised Printed Goods Dispatch, Cancellation, Proofing and Returns Policy
Dispatch - Despatch dates vary based on the product ordered.
A stock product will be despatched within 2 working days. (stock availability permitting)
Personalised products may be despatched up to 7 working days from approval of proof.
The despatch date refers to the date we sent out the goods.
You are liable for the delivery address, so please ensure you have input the correct delivery information.
Canceling and Order - Once you have finished the order process your order cannot be amended by you,
so please contact us as soon as possible to note the error.
The order can only be amended or cancelled if production has not commenced.
You can contact us via email to amend or cancel an order,
but it is best to call us on 01761 490361 to have the greatest opportunity of stopping the order.
Proofing - Prior to producing the Products, we will send an electronic proof of the product for your approval.
You are responsible for approving these proofs. You accept that once you have approved the proof,
the Products cannot be changed or cancelled.
We shall have no liability to you for any errors in the proof subsequently discovered by you.
Returns & Refunds - In the unlikely event that on receipt of your goods there is a problem,
please contact us to inform us of the problem.
This could be a faulty product, damaged goods or the incorrect item.
We will aim to resolve the query within 2-3 days.
If the items are to be returned, we will advise you how to do this.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
